It examines whether your current strategy remains viable under immediate and emerging conditions , and clarifies the capability, governance, and operating rhythm shifts required to sustain performance.

Diagnostic-led approach

Prior to the workshop, your leadership team completes the Strategic Fitness Diagnostic. This is a view of your organisation’s capacity to operate effectively in conditions of permanent structural instability

Whether critical capabilities are aligned to what matters now and what is emerging next.
