Today numerous individuals and organisations have adopted Strategy in Action (SiA) as a frontline methodology for strategy, annual planning, innovation and transformation, as well as leadership development.
The adoption of SiA has been successful through strategic facilitation and training – both ‘face-to-face’ and online.

The Purpose

The SiAPC is designed for a new breed of bold leaders unwilling to be held hostage by disruptive change but committed to understanding and taking advantage of the opportunities of the 21st century, changing ahead of change, undertaking early risk mitigation and building resilience.

Put simply, the SiAPC is an all-inclusive peer-to-peer online community. Learn, practice, master and share your experiences in using Strategy in Action (SiA). This is the ultimate networking and collaboration space.

Explore the SiAPC for Organisations
SiAPC membership is specifically designed for organisations and individuals wishing to learn and apply SiA, share their experience and knowledge and be part of a movement committed to understanding and taking advantage of disruptive change to generate sustainable value.
Within the SiAPC, each member organisation has their own private space created for strategy facilitation and/or training in SiA. All participating people within that organisation are then also able to fully engage with others in the open elements of the SiAPC, including networking with like-minded people globally, SiA Q&A sessions, special interest groups, expert sessions and community catch-ups.
