Insights / Strategic Foresight
Our thinking
What aren’t you seeing yet?
The most important changes rarely announce themselves. They start as weak signals that are easy to dismiss.
Our perspective
Strategic Foresight
Every major disruption was visible before it arrived, to someone. The challenge for leaders isn’t a lack of information. It’s knowing which signals matter, and having a disciplined way to read them before their implications become obvious to everyone else.
Strategic foresight is that discipline. It means scanning widely across technology, economy, policy, society and environment, then making sense of what you find together, so emerging change becomes part of how you plan rather than a surprise you react to.
What leaders are asking
The questions behind the question
How do we tell a weak signal from noise?
Who in our organisation should be watching for change?
How do we turn foresight into decisions, not reports?
