How do you decide before you know?
The most common consequential strategic decisions are rarely made with complete information.
Our perspective
Decisions Without Certainty
Waiting for certainty feels safe, but in fast-moving conditions it is often the riskiest choice of all. By the time the picture is clear, the opportunity has usually passed to someone who moved earlier.
Better decisions under uncertainty come from a shared view of the conditions, a clear sense of which opportunities and risks matter most, and a willingness to act in small, reversible steps that build learning. Confidence comes from the quality of the thinking, not the completeness of the data.
