Insights / Continuous Strategy
Our thinking
What if your strategy is out of date before it’s launched?
Strategy can’t stay still when the conditions around it never do.
Our perspective
Continuous Strategy
The traditional planning cycle assumes the world will hold still for three to five years. It won’t. Plans approved today are built on assumptions that may already be expiring, and an annual review is too slow to notice.
Continuous strategy treats strategy as an ongoing capability rather than a periodic event. Leaders keep checking whether their capabilities and actions still align with the conditions, and adjust as they move, without starting from scratch each time.

How often should strategy be revisited?
What signals tell us our assumptions have expired?
How do we adapt strategy without losing focus?
